Ketua Pengawas Bertopeng - Hagemaru

I recreate Ketua Pengawas Bertopeng from Hagemaru. His english name is somewhat Homework Mask. He's always reminding people to do their homework and respect the teachers but in a funny way. Very likeable but sometimes can be a bit annoying (in a good way)
